The foundation promotes mental and emotional well-being through coaching, spiritual guidance, and recovery programs that help people through faith and personal development. The foundation addresses issues such as addiction, trauma, and identity, and promotes mental resilience and well-being through art, media, and education.

The foundation offers Bible studies, training programs, and educational content that expand knowledge and skills and enable people to develop both personally and professionally.

Projects and programs explicitly focus on empowering women and girls, particularly in contexts where social inequality and gender-related trauma play a role.

The institution’s assets are managed by the treasurer, who is appointed by the board and audited by the accountant. The foundation is a non-profit organization.

Activities began immediately after the foundation was established.
The board members are primarily the founders of the institution. The institution has statutes that govern its operation and the board members. These statutes are laid down in a notarial deed.
The foundation’s board members do not receive any compensation. Expenses incurred may be reimbursed. Expenses incurred by the board and volunteers will be reimbursed to the extent reasonable and justifiable by them. The foundation does not provide financial compensation for volunteer hours.
